We offer Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £100
We use Royal Mail Signed For Delivery for all UK deliveries and Royal Mail International Signed for service to all European/International destinations, this enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it has been dispatched. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Orders are not dispatched on the weekends or bank holidays. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered to place your order.
Sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer, shipping times may also vary due to availability of goods. If you are experiencing delays with an order, please contact email@example.com and we will respond as promptly as possible.

International orders may be subject to import and custom charges which will be payable once the package reaches its destination country.

We just know you'll be pleased with your order, however if you do need a different size/style or your purchase doesn't quite work for you we will happily provide an exchange or refund.
Guidance on sending things back is included with your order; please ensure you make your return within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please note: all items must be returned to us in their original state; we will not be able to exchange or refund any noticeably worn items.
Shoes: please try them on for size and fit on clean, carpeted surfaces until you are sure you will be keeping them. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels.
We recommend that all returns be sent by recorded delivery as sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
