We just know you'll be pleased with your order, however if you do need a different size/style or your purchase doesn't quite work for you we will happily provide an exchange or refund.
Guidance on sending things back is included with your order; please ensure you make your return within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please note: all items must be returned to us in their original state; we will not be able to exchange or refund any noticeably worn items.
Shoes: please try them on for size and fit on clean, carpeted surfaces until you are sure you will be keeping them. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels.
We recommend that all returns be sent by recorded delivery as sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
